How do I book an appointment?

You can book online 24/7 through our website, or call/text us at (512)-759-6337. Select your vehicle size, service type, and preferred date/time. You'll receive a confirmation immediately and reminders leading up to your appointment.

Do I need to be home to get a quote first?

No! Our pricing is transparent and available online. You can get an instant quote based on your vehicle size and chosen services without needing to be present. No surprises, no hidden fees.

Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No. Our detailers arrive fully self-contained with their own water supply, power equipment, and professional-grade products. All we need is access to your vehicle and enough space to work around it.

Where do you detail the car? Can you come to apartments or parking garages?

We detail wherever your car is parked — driveways, apartment complexes, office parking lots, and covered garages. As long as we have reasonable space around the vehicle, we can get the job done. If you're in a gated community or garage, just let us know access details when booking.

What if it rains on my appointment day?

We monitor weather closely. If rain is expected, we'll reach out in advance to reschedule at no charge. If we can work under covered parking or a garage, we'll offer that option. We never detail in conditions that would compromise the quality of your service.

How long does a detail take?

An interior detail typically takes 1–2 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. A full interior + exterior detail usually takes 2–3 hours. Ceramic coatings and paint correction services may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Yes. Every SHWASH detailer goes through a background check, is fully insured, and completes our multi-week training program before ever touching a customer's vehicle. We also carry liability coverage for your peace of mind.

What if I'm not satisfied with the results?

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something doesn't meet your expectations, let us know within 24 hours and we'll send a detailer back to make it right — at no additional cost.

What products do you use? Are they safe for my paint and interior?

We use professional-grade, pH-balanced products that are safe for all paint types, clear coats, leather, vinyl, and fabric. Our products are carefully selected to deliver premium results without causing damage. If you have specific concerns (e.g., a fresh wrap or aftermarket coating), just let us know.

Do I need to sign up for a service plan?

No, service plans are completely optional. You can book one-time services at our standard rates anytime. However, plan holders save up to $100 per visit with locked-in lower rates and get priority scheduling.

What happens if I cancel my plan before 3 services?

There are no contracts — you can cancel anytime. If you cancel before completing 3 services, we simply charge back the difference between your discounted plan rate and our standard one-time rate for the services you already received. No penalties or hidden fees.

Can I skip a month or reschedule my plan service?

Yes! Life happens. You can reschedule your plan service to a different date within your billing cycle. If you need to skip entirely, just reach out and we'll work with you. We're flexible because we want the plan to work for your schedule.

Can I add extra services (like ceramic coating) to my plan visit?

Absolutely. You can add any of our à la carte services — ceramic coating, paint correction, engine bay cleaning, headlight restoration, and more — to any scheduled plan visit. Add-ons are charged at their standard rate on top of your plan service.

Why is SHWASH more expensive than some other detailers?

You're paying for trained, background-checked professionals who show up on time in branded vehicles with premium products — not a random person who watched a YouTube video. Our detailers complete multi-week training, follow standard operating procedures, and every job is quality-checked. The peace of mind and consistent results are worth it.

Do you charge extra for pet hair, excessive dirt, or large vehicles?

Our pricing is based on vehicle size (Coupe/Sedan, 5-Seat SUV/Truck, 7-Seat SUV/Van, Sprinter/Oversized). Standard pet hair and normal wear are included. For extreme cases — like heavy pet hair buildup or vehicles that haven't been cleaned in a very long time — there may be a small surcharge, but we'll always let you know upfront before starting.

Are tips included in the price?

Tips are not included and never expected, but always appreciated. If your detailer did an exceptional job, you're welcome to tip them directly. 100% of tips go to your detailer.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed after your service is completed to your satisfaction. For service plans, your card is charged automatically on your billing cycle.
